Summer concert: Music school ensembles present a varied programme

The summer concert will take place at Christuskirche on 5 July, starting at 4 pm. Various ensembles from the Bocholt-Isselburg Music School will present a varied programme of music. Admission is free.

The audience can look forward to a varied programme: the line-up includes pirate songs, polonaises and Baroque dances, amongst other things.

Performing will be the Mini Strings and the String Band, conducted by Christiane Schröder, as well as the Recorder Ensemble and the Recorder Quartet, conducted by Theres Kommescher.

Making their debut are the Mikrostrings, a brand-new ensemble from the music school led by Uta Preckwinkel. Around 20 pupils aged between 5 and 21 are taking part in the concert. The ensembles will be accompanied on the piano by Matilda Varone (Christina Taczyk's class).
