Music school children give a taster of the new musical

On Saturday, 3 May 2025, children from the Bocholt Isselburg musical group will present excerpts from their new musical entitled "Anouk and her journey to the sea" in public on Neutorplatz in Bocholt city centre, in front of the Stadtsparkasse. The performance starts at 11 am.

From 23 to 25 May 2025, the children's musical group from the Bocholt-Isselburg music school will take to the stage together with the choir from the Maria Montessori School. The musical "Anouk and her journey to the sea" will be performed in the Euregiohalle. Tickets are available for 9 euros.

On Sunday, 6 April 2025, the Bocholt-Isselburg Music School will be holding a final concert with young and old cellists. The concert starts at 6 pm in the Apostelkirche, Biemenhorster Weg 15 in Bocholt. Registration is not required. Admission is free.

The concert starts at 11 am, admission is free and registration is not required.

On Saturday, 25 January, nine pupils from the Bocholt-Isselburg music school took part in the 62nd regional "Jugend musiziert" competition in Heek. The young talents from Bocholt achieved a total of five first prizes in their categories.

From 18 September, the Bocholt-Isselburg Music School will be offering several taster sessions at various locations. Children, young people and adults can get to know selected instruments that can be learned at the music school.
