VHS presents large Greenpeace photo show

Title: "Natural Wonders of the Earth - Our Changing World".

For the third time, Greenpeace Germany is making a guest appearance in Bocholt at the invitation of the VHS Bocholt-Rhede-Isselburg. This time with the new live photo show "Natural Wonders of the Earth - Our Changing World". The date is Monday, November 7, 7:30 p.m., in the auditorium of the Städtische Gesamtschule, Rheinstraße 4, Bocholt.

For the new live photo show, professional photographer Markus Mauthe conceived a virtual trip around the world through the ages. His best pictures show the natural wonders of this world and lead the audience through the relevant ecosystems on almost all continents.

The core of the multivision show is to take a look back at the development of the last 50 years through the picture journey and to show the change of our planet. This photo show is presented by the speaker Geert Schroeder on a panoramic screen. Due to his cosmopolitan manner and his social and environmental oriented attitude towards life, the presentation becomes an audiovisual experience.

An urgent appeal - A just future for all people

"Natural Wonders of Earth - Our Changing World" takes the audience into the depths of the oceans, roams the planet's rainforests and leads to the most remote places, indigenous communities and local communities. Poignant photographic motifs bring the natural beauty and biodiversity of our planet into focus.

Impressive and emotional, the speaker also makes an urgent appeal to all of us: only together can we act and stop the destruction of our planet and our livelihoods. Why the commitment to the planet is worthwhile, how each person can make a contribution and which levers are important for a sustainable lifestyle is an equally important part of the photo show.

Thus, the multivision show takes a look at the past 50 years and at the same time also shows how we can succeed in making a change to a sustainable, just, green future for all people. The reportage is accompanied by music by composer Kai Arend.

A multivision show that touches deeply and draws you into the action. More at www.greenpeace.de.

Admission is free. Pre-registration with the VHS for seat reservation at vhs-bocholt.de or by phone 02871 - 953 697 is recommended. Remaining places are assigned in the evening locally. Admission is from 7 pm.
