Summer painting school for children at the Bocholt Kunsthaus

The EUREGIO-Kunstkreis e.V., in cooperation with the city of Bocholt, is organising the Summer Painting School at the Kunsthaus Bocholt again this year. "The world is colourful, and that is exactly what we will make visible and live during the three weeks of the Summer Painting School," promise the organisers.

The courses of the summer painting school will give the children insights into abstract painting and creative design with different materials. In addition to individual works that each child will create, the participants will also give free rein to their creativity in one collective work per course.

The course fee is 35 euros. The number of participants per course is limited to 10 children. Places will be allocated according to the time of receipt of registration. Interested children between the ages of 6 and 12 can register for the summer school from 9 a.m. next Monday, 25 April.

Three painting courses will take place under the guidance of Ms Andrea de Ruiter.

• 27 June to 1 July 2022 (children from 6 to 7 years).
• 4 July to 9 July 2022 (children from 8 to 9 years)
• 18 July to 22 July (children from 10 to 12 years)

Binding registrations will be possible online from Monday via the website www.bocholt.de/rathaus/kultur-und-bildung. The online registration portal will be activated on 25 April at 9 am.

If families are unable to register their child via the online portal, it will be possible to register in person on 25 April from 9 to 10 a.m. in the Cultural Affairs Department with Ms. Pohl, Am Neutorplatz 3.

The event will take place in consideration of the then valid version of the Corona Protection Ordinance. Possible distance and hygiene regulations in force at that time must be observed by the participants during the courses.
