"Anatomy of a case" - The special film

Sandra (Sandra Hüller) lives with her husband Manuel and their visually impaired son Daniel in a remote little village in the French Alps.
One day, Sandra and her son Samuel find her husband dead in the snow outside the house.
An investigation is launched into the cause of death. Discrepancies pile up and Sandra soon becomes the main suspect in the case and has to defend herself in court.
A long trial ensues in which the couple are closely scrutinised, with their son Daniel also taking part.

About the special film campaign
The film series "KINO Bocholt - the special film" has existed since 1977 as a cooperation between the Department of Education and Culture and the Kinodrom Bocholt.
The aim is to present exceptional films - which would otherwise not be shown in Bocholt - to an interested audience of all ages at a favourable price of 6 euros.
Selected films are usually shown every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.
