9th International Matching Fair at the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences in Bocholt

Wirtschaftsförderung Bocholt, together with Westfälische Hochschule Bocholt, IHK Nord Westfalen and Fördergesellschaft der Westfälischen Hochschule Bocholt, invites you to this year's International Matching Fair in the foyer on the Bocholt campus on 15 October from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. (Attention, changed fair times!).

Networking event

For the ninth time this year, over 30 companies from Germany and the Netherlands are expected to present themselves at a small exhibition stand and talk to students and other interested parties.

The fair is primarily aimed at companies that want to attract talented students for Bachelor's and Master's theses, internships, student traineeships or direct career entry.

Skilled labour marketing takes centre stage

The event's co-operation partners include the cloverleaf of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences, Bocholt Campus, the Bocholt Economic Development Agency, the North Westphalian Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences' development agency in Bocholt. This strong partnership emphasises the importance of the fair for the region.

The aim of the International Matching Fair is to counteract the shortage of skilled labour and to promote young academics. This is particularly important in the border region, where numerous attractive employers meet motivated students. The event enables companies to present themselves and find qualified young talent.
