Last-minute replacement: "Devil Rock" Straube will not be performing at the former fire station site

Bocholt. Just under two weeks before the start of the fair, fairground operator Mathias Straube has been forced to cancel the appearance of his carousel, "Devil Rock%$, due to a significant rise in transport costs. However, a suitable replacement was found almost immediately: the "Invader%$ from the Dreßen fairground company will now take over the prime spot at the former fire station.

Grateful for the last-minute commitment

"A cancellation at such short notice is always a challenge", explains fair organiser Markus Kock. "But it's certainly understandable, especially at a time when logistics and transport costs for fairground operators have risen so sharply. "It's all the more pleasing that, thanks to our good contacts, we were able to find a replacement so quickly," Kock continues.
