Marcus Reichenberg celebrates 25 years of service

On 1 August 2026, Marcus Reichenberg will celebrate his 25th anniversary with the City of Bocholt.

After completing his apprenticeship as a joiner, Marcus Reichenberg initially worked for many years as a journeyman joiner. On 1 November 2002, he joined the City of Bocholt as caretaker at Overberg School I and II.

Over the course of his career, he took on additional duties and responsibilities. From 2009, as part of a mutual cover arrangement, he also supported the Israhel-van-Meckenem Secondary School and what was then the Pestalozzi School. In 2013, his remit expanded once again: in addition to his role at the Overberg School, he also took on the caretaker duties at Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße 77.

Marcus Reichenberg is highly regarded for his reliability, his dedication and his practical skills. He ensures that the school sites entrusted to him are reliably looked after and that day-to-day school life runs smoothly.
