New play and recreational elements have been created on around 850 additional square metres, supplementing the facilities for small children in particular. Extending your youth leader card: practical day with Willi Kisters

The city of Bocholt is offering a one-day refresher course for holders of the youth leader card at the Europahaus on 9 May 2026. Under the guidance of adventure educator Willi Kisters, participants can deepen their knowledge in theory and practice. The training serves to renew or reissue the youth leader card (JuLeiCa) and strengthens the quality of local youth work.

Twelve dedicated participants successfully completed their youth leadership training in Bocholt in January. Over the course of two intensive weekends, the budding leaders from various clubs and associations acquired the necessary skills to lead youth groups. With this qualification, they are now well prepared to take on responsibility in local youth work.
