Cycle path on Werther Straße in Liedern closed from 29 September
Diversion set up // Work expected to last until the end of the year
Bocholter Energie- und Wasserversorgung GmbH (BEW) is laying new supply lines in Bocholt-Liedern in the direction of Isselburg. For this reason, the cycle path along Werther Straße (L 605) will have to be closed to pedestrians and cyclists from 29 September 2025 from the junction with Am Hagelkreuz.
A signposted diversion has been set up. It leads via the farm tracks Am Hagelkreuz, Anholter Postweg, Friedhofsweg, Landweg and Deichstraße - in both directions.
There will be no restrictions for motorised traffic on the L 605. The construction work is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
