Together with storyteller Rainer Kreuz and actress Simone Silberzahn, young people aged 10 to 14 will travel to the colourful world of the Orient and experience stories from 1001 Nights. The event is organised in cooperation with Café Karton, where the adventure night also takes place. Register at https://www.bocholt.de/kulturrucksack or call 02871 487586. Participation is free of charge.
Participants aged between 10 and 14 experience an extraordinary night of storytelling and adventure: they listen to stories from the Orient, become story inventors themselves, slip into different roles and create their own adventures. The entire leisure centre is transformed into an imaginative backdrop from 1001 Nights with lighting effects, oriental props and matching decorations.
"To enter a new world for a day and become part of a story is always a special experience", says actress Simone Silberzahn. With appropriate props and lighting effects, the Café Karton will be decorated in an oriental style, so it will be exciting for the young storytellers to experience slipping into a different role and trying out new things, promises Silberzahn.
No previous knowledge is required. Participation is free of charge, but limited to 15 young people. Registration is required at www.bocholt.de/kulturrucksack or by telephone on 02871 487586.
