A highlight of the morning was the entry into the golden book of the city of Bocholt. Minister Liminski took the time to write a few personal lines in the book in addition to his name. Afterwards, there was a "hail of questions" by the class Q1 with about 90 pupils. Sven Volmering leads the school's Europe course and planned the event with his students.

The pupils participated actively in the discussion on the topic of the war in Ukraine and also on the topic of international affairs. Here, the focus was primarily on the role of China in international politics.

Among other topics, the students were interested in how to become Minister of Europe, what the Minister's opinion is on the planned abolition of internal combustion engines or how difficult it is to coordinate the numerous tasks the Minister is faced with.

Nathanael Liminski then thanked all the organisers for the successful event. This was echoed by Mayor Thomas Kerkhoff and Headmistress Ruth-Maria Sonntag.
