Tickets still available for "Maxie und die Müllkönigin" in Biemenhorst

Tickets for the performance of the children's theatre "Maxie und die Müllkönigin" next Friday are still available on the city's ticket portal. The Marmelock puppet theatre from Hanover will be presenting an educational story about environmental protection and correct waste separation as part of the Bocholt Puppet Theatre Days. The event takes place in the Biemenhorst community centre and is aimed at families with children of kindergarten and primary school age.

Shortly before the date on Friday, 20 March, the city of Bocholt is drawing attention to the remaining contingents for the guest performance by the ensemble from Hanover. In the production, the audience accompanies the protagonist Maxie, who undertakes a journey into the world of recyclables due to a mishap. Among other things, she encounters singing vegetables in the organic waste bin and the staff at the waste paper sorting centre, giving the young audience a playful approach to the importance of recycling and sustainability.

The performance combines an imaginative narrative style with practical information on environmental protection in everyday life, without adopting an instructive tone. With this programme, the city of Bocholt aims to raise awareness of the use of resources at an early age and at the same time offer a high-quality cultural experience in the Biemenhorst district. The cooperation with the Marmelock puppet theatre brings a professional ensemble to Bocholt that is known for its creative stage designs and child-friendly dialogue.
