New acting course at the VHS Bocholt

The Bocholt-Rhede-Isselburg Adult Education Centre invites you to a new acting course at the media centre on Hindenburgstraße from Wednesday, 11 February. Under professional guidance, those interested can test and strengthen their ability to express themselves. No previous experience is required to take part in this programme.

The course takes place from 18:00 to 19:30 and is aimed at people who would like to try their hand at acting. The course will be led by Dmytro Borodii and Karyna Borodii, who will contribute their experience as an actor and dancer respectively to the organisation of the sessions. Together, they invite participants to take part in a creative experiment that focuses on movement, voice and small acting games.

The aim of the programme is to transfer the skills learnt into everyday life. The exercises are designed to encourage participants to be more confident in professional or private situations, be it presentations, meetings or speaking in front of groups. However, the focus is on the joy of trying things out and the ease of speaking. The course is deliberately designed so that there is no pressure to perform and people with no previous experience of acting will find it easy to get started.
