Work academy

The Werkakademie Bocholt is a project of the Borken district job centre and has been an integral part of extended case management since 2014. In addition to Bocholt, there are three other locations in the district - together they pursue one goal: to support people individually in their professional (re)orientation.

At the Werkakademie, a multi-professional team accompanies participants on their journey - practically, personally and with a clear focus on the essentials. The programme includes group or individual coaching sessions as required. The programme is supplemented by job application training and work with the tried-and-tested Talentkompass NRW, a tool for self-exploration and skills analysis.

New to the programme - and already very popular - are various seminars that provide fresh impetus and open up new perspectives. In all formats, the aim is to clarify one's own position, identify obstacles and look ahead.

Participants benefit from close cooperation between coaches and the responsible case managers - an exchange that specifically promotes individual development.
