Sport: Protection of grass sports pitches extended until 14 January
No training or match operations due to weather conditions
The protection of all grass sports fields in the Bocholt city area will be extended until 14 January 2024. It is not permitted to train or play on the sports pitches.
Due to the current condition of the pitches and the winter weather forecast, there is no alternative to this decision, according to the city's sports administration, so that the turf is not damaged and can recover before play starts again soon.
The artificial turf and grass pitches are not affected by the closure.
