Focus on women's health: lecture on hormonal balance

How nutrition, rhythm and inner balance can strengthen the hormone balance will be the subject of a lecture by alternative practitioner and system coach Monika Wissing on Wednesday, 26 November 2025 at 19:00 in the Europahaus Bocholt (Room France).

The evening will focus on so-called "hormone-healthy nutrition". Wissing will provide practical tips on how women can promote their hormonal balance with a targeted diet, regular rhythms, relaxation and a conscious lifestyle. The lecture is lively and interactive - with small exercises to join in. The aim is for every participant to leave knowing what they can do specifically for their hormone balance - simply, effectively and in a way that is suitable for everyday life.
