Citizens are familiar above all with their voice
Karina Fißer is now celebrating 25 years of service at the Bocholt municipal administration. Countless citizens are particularly familiar with her voice, as Fißer is often the central contact person at the citizens' telephone of the Bocholt waste disposal and service company (ESB).
Every day she solves problems with waste collection, provides countless pieces of information, coordinates processes and is also a competent contact person internally for questions from the staff, praises the city administration.
Born in Bocholt, she started her career at the ESB in 1995 as an office administrator trainee. In 1998, she was taken on by the waste management company.
