ESB invites you to the pre-Christmas bulky waste exchange

On Saturday, 29 November, the waste advisory service of the waste disposal and service company (ESB) invites you to the last bulky waste exchange of the year. From 10 a.m. to 12 noon, interested parties can rummage around in the vehicle hall at Schaffeldstraße 74 and look for special finds. This time, the focus will be on Christmas and winter decorations.

Over the past few weeks, the employees at the recycling centre have collected many well-preserved items that are suitable for sale at the market. The collection container is already well filled, but further items can be handed in until 28 November. The staff at the recycling centre will decide whether an item is suitable for sale directly on site.

The bulky waste exchange has one main aim: sustainability. Items in good condition are reused instead of being disposed of. All proceeds from the event are donated to Tafel Bocholt. Their volunteers organise the sale on Saturday and are available to answer visitors' questions.

Other Bocholt organisations are also actively supporting the campaign. The Child Protection Association helps with the set-up, the THW youth organisation ensures order during the event and lends a hand with the clean-up.
