Registry office: Book appointments online now

Bocholt residents can now conveniently book appointments for the registry office online. A booking platform has now been set up for this purpose. The new service complements the online services on the city's website.

Whether it's to certify a birth, register a marriage or change a name: anyone who needs an appointment at the Bocholt registry office can now book one quickly and easily online. Only the appointment for the registry office wedding itself cannot yet be booked online.

Online booking is made possible by a platform that can be accessed via the registry office website at www.bocholt.de/standesamt. Frequently asked questions about the registry office's services are also answered there. By automating the booking process, the aim is to improve administrative workflows - and ultimately the satisfaction of citizens.

Appointments can be booked independently of the registry office's service hours. The booking software will also be used for other services of the city of Bocholt in the future.
