Claudia Dekkers celebrates her 40th anniversary with the company

On 1 August 2026, Claudia Dekkers will celebrate her 40th anniversary of service with the City of Bocholt.

Her career with the city began in 1986 with an apprenticeship as an administrative assistant, after which she initially worked in the Public Order Office. This was followed by posts at the City Information Centre, the Building Control Office and, from 2000, the Legal Department, where she was based in the Central Procurement Office. Since 2006, she has also taken on responsibilities in the area of development contributions. She has continuously expanded her professional qualifications, having successfully completed her state-certified degree in Business Administration in 2008 and the A II training course in 2011. Since 2013, she has been working in the Treasury Department in the field of business administration.

With her keen understanding of figures, her many years of experience and her reliable, meticulous approach to her work, she has made a significant contribution to the Finance Department for many years. Her colleagues value her not only for her high level of professional expertise, but also for her willingness to help and her pleasant manner when working with others.
