Target group

The network meeting on compatibility is aimed at all interested companies in Bocholt. Employees are very welcome, e.g. with a focus on personnel / HR, but of course also company management. Individuals are of course also welcome to attend, e.g. because they are "affected" and have found good solutions for reconciliation.

Background

Bündnis für Familie in Bocholt e. V. organises campaigns and events to promote family friendliness in the city, such as the #BocholterWunschstern and the emergency islands for children in emergency situations. Every two years, children visit various companies on the "Business Adventure", and the Bocholt Award for Family-Friendliness (BAFF) is also presented at the same intervals. At the most recent BAFF award ceremony, award winner Flender suggested creating a platform for dialogue on family friendliness and compatibility in companies.
