When dreams come to life: Young people and adults perform well-known songs

The singing class and choirs of the Bocholt-Isselburg Music School, under the direction of Alishia Funken and Stefanie Bergmann, will present a colourful and varied musical programme at the Summer Podium.

In a relaxed atmosphere, the singers will perform songs, arias, duets and songs ranging from classical to pop, which tell stories of people, dreams and hope in every possible (sonic) hue, framed by atmospheric pop arrangements featuring the "Young Voices" youth choir and the women singers of the "Singwerkstatt%$.

Pupils from Christina Taczyk and Tetiana Shyrina's piano classes are also taking part in the concert: they will accompany the Young Voices and, together with the vocal soloists, perform several chamber music pieces.

Doors open at 5.30 pm. Admission is free.
