The High Rollers, four weird guys from Münsterland with greasy hair, play rockabilly in a way that will blow your socks off. Electric guitar, piano, double bass, drums and a distinctive hiccuping vocal that is instantly recognisable. Their sound is powerful, direct and full of energy, characterised by a driving rhythm, raw charm and rock'n'roll spirit. Before they came together here, they were on the road with a wide variety of rockabilly, rock'n'roll and country bands, doing the rounds and collecting more than a few stories. From Cologne to Berlin, from Las Vegas to Atlantic City, they have seen small pubs, smoky bars and back alleys and somehow found their way out again. All these stories are contained in their autobiographical songs. They are about love, risk and those moments when everything is at stake. From the country to the city, from quiet evenings to wild nights, from empty pockets to big dreams. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, everything or nothing.
