The Swing & more BigBand Bocholt e.V. was founded in 2001 as the successor to the BoKaGe BigBand and is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2026. A good reason for a top-class anniversary concert with around 20 musicians!

In the early years, the BigBand's musical orientation was characterised primarily by the music of the BigBand's old masters James Last and Glenn Miller, but the repertoire has developed steadily over the years - in keeping with the name: Swing & more!

The current programme offers a varied mix of well-known swing and jazz classics, complemented by modern arrangements from the pop, funk and soul genres.

With fresh interpretations of well-known artists such as Michael Bublé, Roger Cicero, Robbie Williams, Adele, Amy Winehouse or Earth, Wind & Fire as well as the expressive vocals of Luna Böing and Jochen Küper, the Swing & more BigBand promises its audience a rousing and entertaining concert experience.
