LECTURE - Clever funding for building refurbishment - A compass through the funding jungle
This presentation will focus on building refurbishment and which subsidies can be used for this.

Many homeowners want to renovate their homes to make them more energy efficient, but are faced with a jungle of funding programmes and guidelines. In his presentation, Ralf Sparwel, certified energy consultant and head of the Ahaus Sanitary and Heating Guild, will show how to make clever use of the appropriate subsidies for energy efficiency (EE) and sustainable heating (NH) from the KFW and BAFA in 2026.
Participants will find out what funding options are available, how applications work and which measures are really worthwhile. Practical, understandable and directly realisable - this makes refurbishment not only efficient, but also financially attractive.
Using practical examples, Sparwel shows what building refurbishment can look like in reality. He also calculates the costs to be expected and which investments are worthwhile in the long term.
The lecture event lasts around two hours and starts at 6 pm.
It is a joint event organised by Klimakreis Borken, Kreishandwerkerschaft Borken and the towns of Bocholt, Rhede and Isselburg.
