In early 2010, five musicians from the far east of the Netherlands decided it was time for a Led Zeppelin tribute band. Kashmir was born, and they eagerly rehearsed the songs that have been etched in the collective memory for years. Despite their young average age of 21, the quintet play like a pack of hungry wolves on the hunt for their next prey.
The ingredients are familiar: Hits like Whole Lotta Love, Rock and Roll, Immigrant Song and Stairway to Heaven are included, but gems like Ramble On, Black Dog and Communication Breakdown are also on the setlist.
In every pub, at every festival or even at your company party, the band Kashmir serves up a delicious rock and roll menu. No need for salt and pepper; this tribute band emphasises the spice and promises a rich, ready-made menu.
