PHÄTTE ZEITEN set gut feelings to music; sometimes they fit the picture - and sometimes they just don't. Mainstream trends have never set the tone for this band. Gut instinct dictates the beat, the current mood dictates the lyrics, and musical influences spanning three decades add the spice. In the end, you'll find yourself drifting off into the purple clouds of the sunset to the laid-back hip-hop low beat of the song "NIE WIEDER HEIM"", or tearing the place apart in your favourite pub to the driving guitars of ""HOROSKOP"". True to the motto "if you like it, keep it", singer Philipp, bassist Marvin and drummer Eileen give every track their very own signature style. There's one thing all their songs always have in common: they're infectious and they move you. Thanks not least to catchy harmonies and clear songwriting, the band's emotional range stretches from joy and celebration to anger, frustration and heartbreak. PHÄTTE ZEITEN, in other words.

"Why not send a song in!" - Summer 2013: for the sixth time, the TV channel KIKA (ARD/ZDF) invited young singer-songwriters to apply for the upcoming series "Dein Song" with their own songs. That's exactly what Philipp Göhring, then aged 17, did. And just under a year later, he was on stage with REVOLVERHELD in front of sold-out venues. Not only was he able to present his song "Wer Weiß" with his celebrity mentors in the show's final, but he also went on to perform it in front of thousands of people on the "Immer in Bewegung Tour%$. That's how it all began - with a guitar and a journey into a world that's addictive.

Philipp Göhring and his sister, drummer Eileen, kept at it, writing and recording their first songs together. In 2015, they met bassist Marvin Mumm at an acoustic gig in their home town and formed PHÄTTE ZEITEN. They met many musicians along the way, trying out various guitarists and keyboardists. But time and again it became clear that they were already a complete unit. PHÄTTE ZEITEN work best as a trio. A holy trinity with the same vision, the same mindset and different strengths that complement each other perfectly. This is particularly noticeable on stage, because Philipp, Marvin and Eileen still have - or perhaps precisely because of this? - a stage presence that is every bit as good as any other band's.

Whether at the "Stemweder Open Air", "Münster mittendrin", the "Rock-it! Festival" in Moers or - already four times - at the Hoeker-Fest in Herford, they love being close - and good ;) - to the audience. Because one thing always applies to PHÄTTE ZEITEN: MUSIC MUST BE LOUD OR OFF.

With their latest singles "HOROSKOP", "TARZAN", "RESET" and "KOMMST DU MIT", PHÄTTE ZEITEN have ushered in a new era of sound for the band, which is going down well. The songs have now racked up over 35,000 streams on Spotify, as the PHAN community continues to grow. Their latest single, "MUSIK MUSS LAUT ODER AUS", has also become a festival-ready banger.
