ESB's Bulky Waste Exchange

The Bocholt Waste Management and Services Company (ESB) is hosting its next bulky waste exchange on Saturday, 5 September. From 10 am to 12 noon, the vehicle depot on Schaffeldstraße will open its doors to anyone interested. All proceeds from this year's traditional sale will go towards the Arbeiterwohlfahrt (AWO)'s supported living scheme for people living at home.

The range of items on offer in the vehicle hall extends from decorative items and pictures, through to toys and musical instruments, and includes smaller pieces of furniture such as chairs or garden furniture. Experience has shown that particularly handy items and unusual curiosities attract a great deal of interest from customers.

The event provides a platform to give functional items a second chance whilst supporting a local charity. All items on offer have been checked in advance by staff at the recycling centre. As goods must be taken away immediately, it is advisable to arrange suitable transport for the journey home. If you have any queries about the event, please contact the ESB's waste advice service on 02871 953-3434.
