Commemoration of Kristallnacht.
The town of Bocholt invites you to a public commemoration at the memorial in front of the Haus des Handwerks. Pupils from the Mariengymnasium are actively involved in organising the commemoration ceremony.

In addition, the biographical war drama "Never Alone" will be screened free of charge at the Kinodrom on 10 November 2026.
The film tells the story, based on true events, of the Jewish businessman Abraham Stiller, who offered shelter to Jewish refugees in Finland during the Second World War. When Finland collaborated with Nazi Germany and the refugees faced the threat of extradition, Stiller did everything in his power to prevent their deportation. The film is about humanity, moral courage and the courage to stand up for others despite political and personal dangers.
