When the days grow shorter, the town centre glows with festive lights, the scent of mulled wine wafts through the streets and the first Christmas presents start to appear, it's Christmas market time in Bocholt.
During Advent, an atmospheric Christmas wonderland takes shape around the market square with its historic town hall, along the city centre streets and on Neutorplatz. From 26 November to 22 December, the Bocholt Christmas market becomes the place to be for cosy Advent evenings, Christmas shopping and spending time together.
