"Ardebsive" is a progressive rock band that was founded in Cologne in 2024. In April 2023 Bent, the founder of the band, released the album "Denial Enlight", which serves as the basis for the band project. The songwriting was inspired by prog rock artists such as Porcupine Tree, Flying Colors, The Pineapple Thief and many more. "Ardebsive" consists of Luca on drums, Patrick on electric guitar and Bent on vocals, electric guitar and piano.
With songs like "Drowning" and "Now It's Mine", things get a little quieter, while "Occur" and "Give It All Up" are more rocking and get down to business.
The setlist includes songs from the existing first album as well as new unreleased songs, making it dynamic and challenging.
The still young but accomplished and captivating band, who have an eye for detail, create a kind of music that invites you to empathise and let yourself go, but also to emotional outbursts.
Many a song that breaks the eight-minute barrier tells controversial yet invigorating musical stories.
