FW Bocholt: Vehicle fire on the B473
Bocholt fire brigade (ots) -
Shortly after 4 pm, the fire brigade was called to a vehicle fire on the B473. A team wearing heavy breathing apparatus quickly extinguished the fire. The vehicle occupants were able to park the vehicle on the hard shoulder in good time and leave the vehicle unharmed, and were looked after by the ambulance crew during the operation. The police were responsible for securing the scene. The material damage amounts to approx. 15,000 EUR. The fire brigade attended the scene with 4 emergency vehicles and 10 firefighters.
