Chinese Evelyn (Michelle Yeoh) runs a laundromat in the USA and lives a quiet life with the usual problems. During a tax audit (Jamie Lee Curtis), Evelyn is suddenly catapulted into a multiverse. She learns that she can adapt and link her abilities in the individual universes. As if that wasn't enough, she is the only one who can save the multiverse from a criminal. To save the worlds, Evelyn embarks on a breathless chase through the dimensions. About the special film campaign
The film series "KINO Bocholt - der besondere Film" has existed since 1977 as a cooperation between the Department of Education and Culture and the Kinodrom Bocholt. The aim is to present unusual films - which would otherwise not be shown in Bocholt - to an interested audience of all ages at a reasonable price. As a rule, selected films are shown every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.
